it begins
You have a dream – an application, website, business, product… During this step, we work together so that I understand your dream, what you want to achieve, your requirements.
From that, we build a plan – actionable steps to work methodically toward your dream. The project's timeline with milestones and deliverables is developed.
This step includes wireframes and mockups for your project. For IoT projects, wiring diagrams and CAD drawing are a result of this step.
We start to see your dream becoming reality.
taking shape
The development step is where the coding starts. This is where you begin seeing the user interface (UI) and the functionality of the project coming together. The website or app is tested as they grow. IoT devices are built and tested during this stage and if necessary, code for the device is developed here as well.
This is the build-test-rebuild-retest… step. By the end of this process, we have a working product, website, or application that is ready for deployment.

Your dream has been built, it is ready for release. The project is deployed for ‘external’ users!
But, there is still more to be done. After deployment, we watch the operation and measure end user interaction. Based on these observations and measurements, we make changes to ensure the projects original functionality and usefulness is met.

The website, app or product is out ‘in the wild.’ People are using it. Stats and product health are monitored. Are users having difficulty with the interface? Is the IoT device returning the expected and tested results?
There may be a need for enhancements. New technology can be added. We can upgrade the site, app or product to better meet the users’ needs or to meet needs that were not originally anticipated.
